For Providers

Ordering & onboarding

How do I become an approved provider?

Submit a provider application with your NPI, state license, and DEA registration. Once we verify your credentials – usually within two business days – your account is activated with full catalog and pricing access. No setup fees.

What does credential verification involve?

We confirm your active state license and, where applicable, DEA registration against the issuing boards. RxHere dispenses only to verified, licensed practitioners – never to unlicensed individuals or consumers.

What is the turnaround from order to delivery?

Most compounds ship same-day or next business day after pharmacist review. Every order moves via FedEx Priority Overnight, so patients typically receive their medication the following morning.

Are Certificates of Analysis available for every formulation?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis, including potency and sterility testing, are available on request for any compounded or sourced product.

How does volume pricing work?

Pricing is cash-pay and transparent – no insurance adjudication. Higher monthly volume unlocks tiered pricing, and your account manager can build a custom schedule for your practice.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums, no commitments. Order a single vial or a full cabinet – pricing scales with volume, not obligation.

Do you ship temperature-sensitive formulations?

Yes. Cold-chain products ship in validated insulated packaging with gel packs via FedEx Priority Overnight to maintain temperature in transit.

Which states are you licensed in?

All 50. RxHere is a cash-pay 503A compounding pharmacy licensed nationwide, with pharmacy operations in Fairfax, VA and fulfillment in Manassas, VA.

How do I reorder or set up standing orders?

Reorder from your dashboard in a few clicks, or set up recurring standing orders and automated refill programs so routine therapies ship on schedule – no manual reordering required.

For Patients

Receiving & refills

Can I order directly from RxHere as a patient?

No. RxHere works exclusively through licensed providers. Your prescriber places and manages your order – we do not accept direct consumer orders under any circumstances.

How do I refill my prescription?

Refills are coordinated through your provider. Many practices enroll patients in automated refill programs, so your next shipment is prepared before you run out.

How is my medication shipped and tracked?

Orders ship FedEx Priority Overnight with tracking. You’ll receive notifications as your order moves from pharmacist review through compounding, quality assurance, and delivery.

How should I store my medication?

Storage depends on the formulation – your label and the included monograph list the exact requirements. Refrigerated items arrive in insulated packaging; refrigerate on arrival.

Who do I contact about my order?

Start with your prescribing provider for clinical questions. For shipping or delivery issues, your provider’s RxHere account team can assist directly.
